Quality Assurance & Inspection

To ensure that all products meet the customer's standards and export requirements, we implemented strict quality control from raw material sourcing to production. All carbon steel and stainless steel fittings underwent chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and dimensional accuracy checks. Hydraulic fittings were subjected to pressure and sealing tests per ISO 8434-1, and socket weld fittings were dimensionally inspected per ASME B16.11 to ensure every item met the contractual specifications.

Transport & Packaging

Different protective measures were adopted based on product characteristics. Clear shipping marks and product labels were applied to all packages for easy identification and sorting upon arrival.
