Dafugui Valve Co., Ltd. specializes in high-quality fluid control, offering factory-direct supply and customizable solutions. As a trusted Chinese manufacturer and supplier of check valves, our valves rely on a sophisticated internal spring (or ball) design, opening and closing instantly based solely on the fluid's own pressure difference. This extremely sensitive response and zero-power consumption ensure smooth workflows. Despite their compact size, the wear-resistant sealing interface boasts exceptional performance. From harsh corrosive media in chemical plants and critical backflow prevention in pumping stations to energy-saving protection in HVAC systems, to the delivery of pure fluids to medical devices... Dafugui check valves are ubiquitous. Need specific size, pressure, or material? We support deep customization and are happy to provide a tailored solution for your unique needs.
A check valve allows the medium to flow in only one direction and prevents flow in the opposite direction. These valves are typically automatic. Under the pressure of fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens; when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the weight of the valve disc combine to force the disc against the valve seat, thus cutting off the flow. Check valves include swing check valves and lift check valves. A swing check valve has a hinge mechanism and a valve disc, like a door, that rests freely against an inclined valve seat surface. To ensure the valve disc always reaches the correct position on the valve seat, the valve disc is designed in the hinge mechanism to have sufficient swing space and to ensure true and full contact with the valve seat. When fully open, a swing check valve experiences almost no obstruction to fluid pressure, resulting in a relatively small pressure drop across the valve. The valve disc of the lift check valve sits on the valve seat sealing surface on the valve body. Except for the valve disc, which can move freely up and down, the rest of the valve is like a gate valve. Fluid pressure causes the valve disc to lift off the valve seat sealing surface, and the backflow of the medium causes the valve disc to fall back onto the valve seat and cut off the flow.
1. Do not allow the check valve to bear weight in the piping system. Large check valves should be independently supported to prevent them from being affected by the pressure generated by the piping system.
2. During installation, ensure that the direction of medium flow is consistent with the arrow direction marked on the valve body.
3. Lift-type vertical disc check valves should be installed on vertical pipelines.
4. Lift-type horizontal disc check valves should be installed on horizontal pipelines.
