API Standard Forged & Cast Valves Shipped in Bulk to Vietnam

We have recently exported a valve-focused shipment to a Vietnamese customer, including forged gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, check valves and cast ball valves – in materials A105N, A182 F304 and CF8 – all manufactured to API602, API608 and ASME B16.34 standards.

4. Stainless Steel Casting Valves

II. Quality Control

All forged valves undergo shell strength tests and seal tests per API602/API608.

Stainless steel cast ball valves are pressure-tested to 1000 W.O.G per ASME B16.34.

Materials are supplied with traceable heat numbers and material certificates.

Threaded products are inspected with NPT/BSPT standard thread gauges.

Valves are packed in individual plastic bags + export cartons to prevent scratches and contamination.

Larger valves are packed in reinforced wooden crates with foam cushioning.

All packages are marked with clear shipping marks.
