Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We offer free standard samples (for standard sizes and common materials like SS304, SS316/316L) to genuine prospective clients. However, sample fees apply for large sizes or special alloy materials such as 1.4571 (316Ti), 254 SMO (6Mo), Inconel 625, and Alloy 20. (Note: Standard spare parts are provided based on client requirements.)

Do you provide detailed operation and installation manuals?
Pipe fittings and standard flanges generally do not require installation manuals. However, for specialized valves—especially those equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators—we provide comprehensive Actuator & Valve Installation and Operation Manuals (IOM).
Do you offer OEM and customized manufacturing services?
Yes, we fully support OEM and custom manufacturing according to your exact specifications:
- Custom Marking & Stamping: Laser marking or steel stamping of company LOGO, brand name, material grade, heat number, and project/part code.
- Precision Machining: Custom manufacturing strictly compliant with your engineering drawings, dimensions, and tight tolerance requirements.
- Customized Packaging: Customized cartons, wooden cases, product tags/labels, and packing lists.
- Special Alloy Options: Fabrication supporting exotic and high-performance alloys including Duplex 2205/2507, 904L, Hastelloy C276, Inconel 625, P91, etc.
- Complete Certification: Full traceability with MTC 3.1 / 3.2 material certificates, pressure test reports, and PMI spectrum test reports.
What are your payment terms and trade terms?
We primarily work on EXW, FOB, and CIF trade terms (Incoterms 2020). Standard payment terms include T/T and L/C at sight, subject to mutual agreement.

Are you a trading company or a direct manufacturer?
We are a direct manufacturer with over 15 years of industrial experience. We operate two dedicated manufacturing facilities—one specialized in pipe fittings and flanges, and the other in industrial valves—located in Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
How long is your delivery time?
Our standard production cycle is approximately 30 days (1 month). Products are securely packed in export-standard wooden crates to ensure safe maritime and transit delivery.
