Q: What is the difference between bright annealing and ordinary annealing?

A: After ordinary annealing, an unsightly oxide scale will remain on the surface of the tube, which must be cleaned by acid pickling. However, our bright annealing is carried out in a special protective gas environment. You don't need any additional treatment; it will become smooth and bright on its own.

Q: How do you guarantee the strength and sealing of the weld joints in your polished stainless steel welded pipes?

A: Our pipes are made using advanced argon arc welding technology, and after welding, they undergo bright annealing treatment. This eliminates welding stress, ensuring that the weld and the base material have essentially the same strength. Furthermore, each batch of pipes undergoes a 100% hydrostatic test.
