First Layer: Pressure-Bearing Steel Plate

This innermost layer is the "framework" of the disc. Its primary function is to withstand the immense pressure of the water flow. Even at the highest system pressures, this steel plate ensures the disc does not deform or bend.

Second Layer: Reinforced Nylon Fabric

This layer is tightly attached to the outer surface of the steel plate. Over time, the disc will inevitably experience friction when opened and closed. This reinforced nylon fabric is designed to reduce wear and increase toughness. The third layer, the full-body rubber cover, is the outermost layer. We use hot vulcanization technology to tightly coat the valve with high-quality rubber. This ensures exceptional sealing performance, even at low pressures.
