Low-Temperature Gate Valve

Dafugui cryogenic gate valves have many outstanding features. Their low flow resistance is due to the unobstructed media passage within the valve body. Water or air can travel in a straight line inside, so the resistance is naturally much smaller. Compared to gate valves, they require less effort to open and close. Whether opening upwards or downwards, the movement direction of the low-temperature gate valve is perpendicular to the media flow direction, making operation much easier. To prevent abnormal pressure rise in the cavity, a pressure relief hole is provided on the inlet side of the gate. The top length of the valve cover is determined based on the valve's operating temperature to ensure reliable sealing of the valve stem packing. Furthermore, the materials for packing, gaskets, and other components are selected appropriately based on the operating temperature. This cryogenic gate valve has a simple shape, short structural length, good manufacturability, and a wide range of applications. The low-temperature gate valve features a smooth flow path, low flow resistance, and stainless steel and hard alloy sealing surfaces, resulting in a long service life, reliable sealing, and easy and flexible operation.

1. Special Low Temperature Material Treatment

Our stainless steel isn't ordinary; it's specially treated. Even at extremely low temperatures, it won't become brittle, and its strength and sealing performance remain just as good as at room temperature.

2. Anti-Abnormal Pressure Rise Design

A pressure relief hole is specially set on the inlet side of the gate to effectively prevent abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity caused by medium vaporization. This design greatly improves the safety and reliability of the valve under low temperature conditions.

3. Scientifically Designed Extended Bore Cover: The top length of the bonnet is precisely calculated and determined based on the valve's operating temperature. This design ensures that the valve stem packing is always in a relatively high temperature range, thereby guaranteeing a reliable seal in the packing system and preventing external leakage.

4. Professional Sealing System: The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and hard alloy weld overlay, which not only has good wear resistance but, more importantly, maintains stable sealing performance even under rapid temperature changes.
