Three-piece Quick-release Ball Valve

This Q81F-16P Three-piece quick-release ball valve features a full-bore design for high flow capacity. Seals made of high-quality materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) effectively prevent leakage. The valve body and internal components are constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Its flexible design facilitates installation, operation, and maintenance, making it widely used in industrial fluid control.

Our three-piece quick-release ball valve consists of three sections secured by bolts or special connectors. If maintenance or internal seal replacement is required, the valve body can be quickly removed from the two pipe flanges without separating the valve. With a simple operation, the center section can be quickly removed, allowing the ball and seat to be easily accessed.

This ball valve uses high-quality PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) sealing material, which is corrosion-resistant and age-resistant, ensuring zero leaks and drips over long periods of use.
