Quality Assurance & Inspection:

To ensure that all products meet the customer’s standards and export requirements, we implemented strict quality control from raw material sourcing to production. All stainless steel and carbon steel fittings underwent chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and dimensional accuracy checks. Rubber joints were subjected to pressure tests, sealing performance tests, and aging resistance evaluations to ensure every item met the contractual specifications.

Transport & Packaging:

Different protective measures were adopted based on product characteristics such as Flanges and pipe fittings were packed in reinforced wooden crates, with anti-rust film and cushioning materials inside to prevent corrosion and impact damage during transit. Clear shipping marks and product labels were applied to all packages for easy identification and sorting upon arrival.
